We are currently seeking strong candidates for a Global Mobility Manager vacancy within a leading Oil & Gas company based in London.Reporting directly into the Head of Global Mobility, this varied role requires an experienced Oil & Energy Global Mobility Manager to support the delivery of a dedicated service to a large international expatriate population.
Please note: My client is only considering candidates with proven Oil & Gas experience.
The role holder will be managing a team of 4 experienced advisors and will be responsible for the end-to-end management of a rapidly growing assignee population, playing a pivotal role in the achievement of multi-million dollar projects across the world.
Responsibilities include:
Understand Company business needs and the support required of the international assignments program
Lead the coordination of international assignment processes including areas such as Immigration, Benefits, Tax, legal, and Vendor Management.
Interact with HR and Business partners regarding the initial assignment policy selection, planning compensation and benefits.
Collaborate with global counterparts to identify best practices; maintain consistency in the delivery of international assignments; identify issues of risk and recommend solutions.
Identify and participate in projects relating to the further development of the International Assignment Program.
Essential Requirements:
Substantial global mobility experience within the Oil & Energy sector
Experience managing a small team
Proven experience within an international organisation
