A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Legal PA to join a leading organisation based in Berkshire. This role is a 6 month contract to start as soon as possible.

As Legal PA, you will be responsible for providing a professional, proactive and comprehensive support to the Assistant to General Counsel and wider Legal, Commercial and Regulatory Affairs Team.

Responsibilities:
When required proactively manage the diary together with the Assistant to General Counsel to ensure the best use of his time.
Coordinate meetings where requested and appropriate and all related arrangements with meetings ie taxis, transfers, hotels, dinners etc
Email management - monitoring and filtering email to ensure advice is provided in a timely manner and within required timescales when required ie during periods of absence. Flag any urgent emails to the General Counsel which require an urgent response.
Use judgement to manage current issues and knowledge to respond to queries; take ownership of enquiries and ensure other issues are refereed to the appropriate person in a timely fashion
Build knowledge of key issues and business activities in order to effectively identify priorities and proactively manage the administration for the teams to ensure you are one step ahead.
Provide full support to the Legal, Commercial and Regulatory Affairs Teams as and when required including typing, filing, maintaining diaries, telephone calls, purchase orders, expenses, order stationery and manage holidays.
Work closely with the Legal, Commercial and Regulatory Affairs PA Team to ensure consistent PA and administrative support is provided at all times and help deliver a seamless cross functional support mechanism by sharing best practice and efficiencies.
Prepare and revise documents where appropriate including PowerPoint presentations, letters, contracts, emails and memos.
Develop strong working relationships internally and externally to maintain cross functional relationships within the business. Ensure contracts entered into are approved and signed by the business in accordance with Board of Directors Delegation of Authority and arranging/co-ordinating signatures on behalf of the company.

Exceptional organisation skills with an ability to prioritise an often conflicting workload.
Excellent administrative skills with the ability to introduce and manage procedures into a dynamic and evolving environment.
