Tasks/Responsibilities of the Functional Analyst Manager:
- Management of 3 Functional analyst Team Leaders
- Provide clear & accurate reporting of the functional testing progress on a daily basis
- Coordinate the tasks of the 3 Functional Analyst Team Leaders & their teams
- Collect metrics and KPI's
- Plan test verification
- Deliver Test approaches
Qualifications/Required Skills of the Functional Analyst Manager:
- Project & Team management skills
- Functional knowledge in financial sector
- Delivery and deadline driven
- Strict planning skills
Additional Domain & Business Skills for the role of Functional Analyst Manager:
- Ability to work in an international environment
