Senior Resource Planning Manager - Financial Services. My Blue Chip Financial Services Client is looking for an experienced Resource Planning Manager that ideally has a Financial Services Background but this is not essential. You will be supporting the management and development of a world class resource and demand management process to optimise management and deployment of change resources. Duties will include the production of bespoke and regular MI to support demand and resource optimisation within the function. Working with Project Managers within the change area and taking responsibility for the demand of change people within the function. You will have strong excel skills as well as being able to manage senior stakeholders, as well as taking responsibility for running the weekly group delivery workshop, Data Analysis and being able to present Business critical options.
