My client is a leading construction company who, following internal promotion, are now looking to recruit a management accountant to work in this commercially focused accounts department. With specific involvement within the PFI sector they require an accountant who has ideally worked in this type of environment.
Responsibilities:
Your role will be to prepare monthly management accounts for PFI and project finance deals for presentation to the SPV/Project Boards. Monthly bank recs, VAT & CIS returns for PFI projects. Preparation of budgets from financial close models and operating models as well as identifying and reviewing opportunities for enhancing equity returns.
What we are looking for:
You will be a fully qualified accountant who has operated within a PFI environment. BSF experience would be very advantageous but not a prerequisite. You will have excellent communication and client facing skills are essential.
