Description: The candidate will provide New Ventures support on an international basis primarily in offshore deepwater settings. Experience in West Africa & Latin America regions is a plus.Qualifications:
- Knowledge and experience of multiple basins and play types in a variety of international locations.
- Seismic interpretation experience in a variety of structural and stratigraphic settings.
- Working knowledge of gephysical techniquess including seismic acquisition, processing, AVO, etc.
- Working knowledge of interpretation of gravity and magnetic data preferred.
- Computer literate, and proficient with standard oil industry software such as Landmark, SMT, etc.
- Ability to assess key subsurface risks and evaluate opportunities (plays, risking, probabilistic volumetrics, etc.)
- Confident presenting to and communicating with all levels within the organization.
Experience: 5+ years of exploration experience
