Title: Quality EngineerAn exciting new opportunity has become available for a Quality Engineer. Candidates will be required to;
- Maintain & improve compliance with quality system and corporate requirements
- Working within manufacturing to improve process capability, yield, quality of the product - support problem resolution
- Assist in the data gathering for KPI's
- Conduct audits of processes as an improvement tool
- Provide training and support to Bridgend based functions
- Liaise with other organisational functions to strongly communicate requirements and ensure goals are achieved
- Provide Quality Assurance support to other departments as needed - to include GR&R, Capability Studies, FAI's, Protocals - IQ,OQ,PQ and associated reports etc.
- Able to generate work instructions and graticules
- Input into FMEA's
- Generate NCR's
- SAP / MRP experience
- Good communication, report and presentation skills
- Other duties as agreed with the Quality Engineering Supervisor
Candidates requre experience in the following areas;
- AutoCAD experience
- Quality experience
- Metallurgy experience
- Drafting Experience
- Ability to write and executre reports
