Credit Risk Lead Business Analyst-Contract-Canary Wharf-£/day

A great opportunity has arisen for a Contract Senior Business Analyst for a role based in Canary Wharf for a top tier bank. The company are looking for an experienced Banking BA with Credit Risk engines experience.

The job holder will work with the Global credit risk business to understand and refine requirements. Based on these requirements, a detailed analysis will need to be conducted in order to create a functional project documentation. You will also be required to assist in the build, functional test and user acceptance test phases to ensure successful delivery of the function.

This role is both Business and Technical so you will need to have a extensive knowledge on both aspects to be considered.

the skills/experience needed to be considered for this role will be:

Experience as Lead Business Analyst within Investment Banking

in-depth understanding of Credit Risk Methodology

experience with Credit risk Projects/Programmes

Monte Carlo risk systems experience

Experience with Basel 3 or other regulatory Projects

experience with a broad range of Derivatives products

basic SQL Knowledge
