Description
The Oracle HCM functional consultant will be responsible for:
1.Agree and document business requirements. Analyse Oracle HR functionality to develop solution designs and build specifications to implement solutions to support HR process.
2.Complete functional build and configuration within HR modules and assist in the development of technical specifications where necessary for development by technical consultant.
3.Assist in the preparation of testing strategies, test plans and support users during test phase.
4.Expert in Oracle HR functionality and remain up to date with new releases, enhancements to existing modules and functions to ensure maximisation of the product.
5.Provide support to business users with a varying range of Oracle exposure. Log and investigate issues and use all available resource to provide solutions. Work with Oracle and manage Oracle Service requests where necessary to implement solutions effectively.
