A fantastic opportunity to join a great team working for a leading global Telecoms company in Sweden on a long-term contract basis. The team need 2 more Senior Mechanical Design Engineers for their Competence Centre to take on the challenge to plan and design the build-up of future RF concepts. The work will be done in very close coorperation with system design teams and will offer the successful applicants some interesting and valuable experience to supplement their career experiences.
This client is looking for 5-10 years of experience in Mechanical Design of Radio concepts and RF products. IE RFUs, TRUs and RRUs. This will mean mechanical design experience of products with the high quality and the performance normally related to Radio products. Products that must also achieve low cost and high reliability and that are aimed for high volume production. Candidates will have a deep knowledge of the die-casting process, of extruded.machined products and an understanding of the complexity of cooling and of EMC.
Experience of the platform, concept and product portfoilio discussion that take place during initial design phases of a product lifecycle will be valuable for this requirement and of course there will be a need to be able to communicate fluently in English, both verbally and written.
This person will have a Backelor Degree, Masters in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent background.
