A leading investment bank focused on implementing standardised regulatory requirements, require a 'Global Training Lead' to work as part of the central programme team to define the Global training strategy to deliver mobilisation across APAC, Europe, MENA and The Americas. The programme will analyse training needs and cultural challenges of the Business and Compliance to meet external best practice and regulatory requirements across global roll out.
Reporting to the Programme Director, the Global Training Lead will have strong understanding of internal and external compliance, regulation and policy. Candidates must have extensive experience of developing and delivering a Global Training Strategy having managed global business and technology training at a global level as well as proven track record of developing and delivering Business Training including cultural change. Specific experience in AML/Due Diligence/KYC is essential as is a broad understanding of products and businesses within Financial Services. Business travel may be required in the execution of the role.
