Job Title: ICM Engineer
Location: Warsaw, Poland
Type: Contract (3 - 6+) months
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Detailed technical knowledge of the Cisco ICM environment including CVP, to include good experience of solution design and system configuration.
- Detailed technical knowledge of Avaya Voice Portal and ACD, Realsoft UCTI, ACME Session Border Controllers, Cisco voice gateways, Cisco Gatekeeper and Toll Bypass.
- Ability to undertake all aspects of design, configuration and implementation guidance associated with business projects that include ICM routing/CTI toolbar integrated in an Avaya IVR and ACD environment.
- Detailed knowledge of QoS and Voice Over IP (Gateways & Gatekeepers)
The following skills would be a bonus
- Experience of having responsibility for delivering complex IPT solutions involving Cisco and Avaya solution sets.
- Good working knowledge of IP Addressing and Access Control Lists.
- Experience in call traffic sizing and dimensioning including queuing theory, erlang traffic calculation
- Knowledge of NICE and/or Cybertech voice Recording systems
- Working knowledge of virtualisation technologies including VMWARE
- Working knowledge of Linux and Windows Server Platforms
