QA and Technical Test manager - White Box Technical Testing (as opposed to Black Box Functional Testing being done by Client)
Experience, professional seniority and credibility achieved through a solid track record of working in significant roles in IT programmes for US or European governments or MNCs. Essentially, candidates must shown that their contribution was key to programme success. It is unlikely that anyone with less than 12 to 15 years experience will be suitable.
The interpersonal skills and personal confidence required to work with an incumbent development teams who will need to be convinced that external support is appropriate
The written and verbal communication skills necessary to operate in a multilingual milieu where English will generally not be the first language.
The cultural sensitivity to a operate in a rich and diverse cultural mix, with significant religious sensitivities which need to be respected and (to an extent) observed.
The ability to work as a team player, operating away from home, working long hours - whilst recognising the need to be seen to be delivering personal value.
