Description
Scope of WorkOperational Support services provide qualified technical staff to develop activities related with Operation & Maintenance, aiming to minimize failure risk during the start-up period.
Huawei staff will support TELCEL in the O&M process establishment, following the working flows, setting-up maintenance routines, escalation procedures and document handling.
Huawei will provide eNodeB, EPC and Power equipment Operational Support for periods which will be agreed by both parties (TELCEL & Huawei) after PAC, covering the following:
eNodeB
- Field Maintenance Engineers located in the main cities selected by TELCEL
- Corrective Maintenance on-site
- Documentation of working procedures
- Knowledge transfer through hands-on sessions for TELCEL staff
EPC (MME, SGw, PGw, HSS)
Operational Support during periods which will be agreed by both parties (TELCEL & Huawei) after PAC. This activity consists on performing all activities required to support the Regular Operation Process of the Network
The following activities will be covered:
- Network surveillance engineers (Front Office) for acknowledge of alarms and resolution of basic problems
- Documentation of alarms and procedures
- Back up routines
- Back Office engineers
- Configuration and Change management
- Network data gathering and analysis
- Reporting
- Knowledge transfer through hands-on sessions for TELCEL O&M staff
