A leading Financial Services company is seeking a BA/Snr BA to work on an upcoming project for 3mnths initially with prospects of extension.

Working in the PMO, the role involves:

  • Documenting detailed user requirements
  • Analysing and estimating incoming work requests from the business. Also responsible for Work Request progress tracking as well as problem tracking
  • Assisting in the preparation of project plans
  • Assisting with the Integration of systems
  • Analyzing and address production defects and issues
  • Providing user support as required
  • Coordinating and conduct UAT with the business
  • Coordinating end user training for minor changes implemented
  • Coordinationing with external vendors/outsourcing organisations

Skills

  • 4+yrs Business Analysis experience
  • Life Insurance/Wealth Management experience
  • Excellent communication skills
