A leading Financial Services company is seeking a BA/Snr BA to work on an upcoming project for 3mnths initially with prospects of extension.
Working in the PMO, the role involves:
- Documenting detailed user requirements
- Analysing and estimating incoming work requests from the business. Also responsible for Work Request progress tracking as well as problem tracking
- Assisting in the preparation of project plans
- Assisting with the Integration of systems
- Analyzing and address production defects and issues
- Providing user support as required
- Coordinating and conduct UAT with the business
- Coordinating end user training for minor changes implemented
- Coordinationing with external vendors/outsourcing organisations
Skills
- 4+yrs Business Analysis experience
- Life Insurance/Wealth Management experience
- Excellent communication skills
