My client is a central Government body seeking extra resource for the bidding phase of a programme gains momentum. Deadline for this role is Thursday 14th Feb.
The role will involve:
- Negotiating the terms of the offers to bidders
- Taking responsibility for agreeing the scope and execution of the confirmatory diligence on each project
- Overseeing the drafting of appropriate offer documentation
Required skills and experience for the role:
- Ability to structure and negotiate contracts
- Background in accountancy, investment or commercial banking or contract management
- Experience of structuring and negotiating contracts with 3rd parties
- Experience of undertaking business appraisals including due diligence
