For my global client in Saudi Arabia, I am seeking a SAN Storage Specialist/Senior SAN Storage Services Specialist for a 9+ month contract with extension possibility.
The right candidate will be:
-Responsible for analysing first level problems for all systems (according to the service agreements), resolving and routing as appropriate, supporting the Systems Management Processes specific to their customer requirements, performing I/O (tape and print) duties where appropriate and batch management when required. The employee prioritizes tasks and chooses the best method.
-Have experience and working knowledge in several interrelated departmental activities. Awareness of functional activities.-Seeks and exchanges information, ideas, and concepts. Some presentation skills are necessary. May require negotiation to achieve coordination.
-Use specialized technical knowledge to identify, evaluate, and resolve various interrelated problems from several sources.
-Recommends improvements to established procedures.
