A leading Biotech organisation requires an Operations Coach, for an eleven month contract, based in Ireland to work in their sterile / vaccine operations department. The Operations Coach will coordinate and mentor an Operations Team and process equipment on site. They will be responsible for motivating and maximising the potential of the operations team to ensure that they exceed the company`s objectives.Role and Responsibilities:
* Coach and mentor the operations team members and provide on-going feedback to the Integrated Team Leader.
* Work closely with the team to ensure that they exceed their performance objectives.
* Identifies employee training needs and focuses on continuous improvement activities Six Sigma and Lean Methodology.
* To approve all IQ/OQ/PQ/CC documents.
* To troubleshoot all equipment problems, modify and identify the need for new equipment on site.
Key Skills & Experience:
* Experience in a sterile / vaccine operations environment
* Experience in a supervisory role
* Proven experience working in a leadership role
