A truly exciting opportunity for an International HR Manager with specialist skills in Global Mobility to take ownership and develop a business critical function within a multi-national Oil & Gas company.This is a permanent role based in London with a salary between £65,000 - £75,000 +Benefits.
My client is one of the largest Oil & Gas companies in the world and they have recently secured a number of multi-billion dollar projects within the Africa region. As such they are looking for an international HR Generalist with extensive Global Mobility experience to manage the team and grow the function.
You will be responsible for managing a team of advisors and ensuring the day to day execution of all global mobility operations within the region. You will also be responsible for providing a full HR Service to the large expatriate population.
Due to significant growth the role holder will also look to grow and develop the existing team in order to manage the increased mobility activity within the Africa Regions.
This is the biggest assignee mobilisation project within the organisation and as such this is a very high profile role. The role holder will be the face of global mobility to the business and will liaise with senior stakeholders and the leadership team across the globe.
This is a really exciting role that will be both challenging and rewarding, it will allow the role holder to develop their own function and successfully deliver on an international high profile project.
Essential Requirements:
Extensive Oil & Gas experience
Extensive expatriate moves within the Africa regions
Experience managing a large team.
