Requirements
SHAREPOINT Architect/ Tech Lead 

The Senior SharePoint Architect will have responsibility for the strategy, service delivery and customer support of the SharePoint environment with specific responsibility for collaboration use cases, document and content management, governance implementation and workflow integration.
* Lead SharePoint administrative support and development resources
* Provide project management and subject matter expertise for platform.
* Contribute to the creation and implementation of SharePoint document management strategy.
* Act as primary liaison with IT relationship managers, Business Unit partners and other internal IT infrastructure areas.
* Responsible for vendor relations and management of SharePoint-specific tools and knowledge providers.
* Familiarity with the creation and architecture of web parts, lists, document libraries and management of custom content types and web parts
* Develop and maintain maintenance plans and documents.
* Responsibility for cross-team communication and coordination of project work

Minimum Required Skills and Experience:
* Project management and some supervisory experience required
* Must have 6+ years of experience and knowledge in SharePoint Server 2007 design and architecture
* Prior experience upgrading to SharePoint 2010 extremely desirable
* Experience with SharePoint Workflow tools 
* Possess ability to architect and design SharePoint environments for maximum flexibility, reliability and scalability.
* Experience in software development life cycle
* Very strong communication skills and user interaction experience
* Very strong understanding of MOSS concepts
* Experience in trouble-shooting and providing solutions for users
