Description
Operations Support Analyst with solid experience in: Windows Server (WS 2008 preferred); SQL Server; Active Directory; Windows NLB cluster management + Windows Cluster Management; Networking; Solid understanding of standard computer science concepts required.
Must have the Associate's degree in a technical field preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience required.
Acts as the final point of escalation and resolution for technical support; Responsibilities are to provide advanced technical support to developers, testers, PMs and end users for complex products, including highly escalated issues, provide support via telephone, written correspondence, and electronic media.
Experience in following technologies a big plus: SQL Scripting; SQL Reporting; Business Intelligence reporting; Command-line-Scripting; Power Shell; C#; SAN technologies.
