French speaking Deployment Consultant. Windows 7/Windows 8
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a French Speaking Deployment Consultant to join well established blue chip organisation in the Paris area.
As a French Speaking Deployment Consultant you will be responsible for:
* Creating migration planning
* Managing application and deployment readiness
* Deployment strategy and deployment rollout planning
* Managing End User Communication and Tracking
* Desktop deployment (ZTI & LTI migration using Altiris) along with user data migration and
application installations
* Developing solution in remote deployment and onsite deployments using Altiris
* Conduct infrastructure assessment on deployment tool to identify any bottle necks for
deployments
* Provide technical guidance and coordination with onsite/offshore team
* Creating knowledge base for known issues
* Manage deployment support
* Getting sign off and CSAT from end users
* Asset tracking for deployment
* Managing post migration issues related to Win 7/Win 8 migration
* Coordination with BAU team for handover
* Reviewing deployment project plan and progress
* Participating in program and project review meetings
* Reporting and technical documentation needs and much more!
As a French Speaking Deployment Consultant you will have:
* Strong knowledge in Win 7/Win 8 Operating System Administration
* Strong knowledge in deployment tools viz. MDT, SCCM, Altiris, LANDesk, etc.
* Strong knowledge on USMT, PC transplant
* Strong knowledge in deployment methodologies (ZTI, LTI, HTI and UDI)
* Strong knowledge of Active Directory and Windows Servers
* Good understanding of networking concepts
* Good communication & presentation skills
Skills:
1.Strong experience in Win 7/Win 8 OS Administration
2.Strong experience in desktop deployment and methodologies
3.Good experience in deployment tools with respect to Win 7/Win 8 migration
4.Good experience in Altiris tool
5.Good experience in Software distribution and reporting
6.Good knowledge of Active Directory and Windows Servers
Certifications:
1.Windows 7 and/or Windows 8 Certified
2.SCCM certified
3.MCSE or MCTS on Windows 2003, 2008, 2012
Key skills required: (in the order of priority)
1.Windows 7 and/or Windows 8 OS Administration
2.Exposure to deployment and migration tools like MDT, SCCM, Altiris, LanDesk, USMT, etc.
3.Desktop deployment and methodologies
4.Windows 2003, Windows 2008 Active Directory
