IT Support Specialist. 1st and 2nd Level

We are looking for an IT Support Specialist. 1st and 2nd Level for one of our client based in France in Yvelines (78)

Special work schedules with special work $alary $

Your mission:

It is a 6 months mission for candidates willing to work by Night ( from 5pm to 7 am) - from Monday to Friday. Our client is looking for an Helpdesk specialist - mainly to resolve any coming trouble.

You should be located near to our client basement and able to work on Saturday on Sunday if emergency. Indeed you should be able to go onsite, in less than 1hour to resolve any important trouble.

Your main Skills:

In order to bring a sufficient trouble support, you should have a good knowledge of:

  • Windows Server
  • Client Win XP - 7
  • Exchange 2003
  • Active Directory
  • DHCP/WINS/DNS/GPO
  • Network knowledge HP ProCurve/HP Networking

Your profile:

  • IT diploma
  • Good soft skills
  • Autonomous and proactive
  • Thinking out of the box person
  • Good team worker
  • Fluent in French AND in English
