I am currently working with a leading client with in power generation who is currently has a requirement for 2 electrical commissioning engineers to come on board an exsisting team of commissioning engineers and contribute towards the commissioning phase.These are contract roles so any one who has worked as electrical commissioning engineer's on power generation prijects then this role will be suitable for you.
Any experience in the following biomass, ccgt, chp, waste to energy, energy from waste will be advantageous.
Some of the duties you will be expected to carry out will be , testing starter's, testing heating circuits, working on motor controls and up to 11kv and 415 volts.
