Scope of the job covers the processes for Change, Release and related Testing and Quality Assurance activities
- Ensures that standardized Change & Release Management methods and procedures are designed, developed and documented
- Provides inputs for process enhancements, test document, implement and operationalize
- Championing the Change & Release Management data model and process
- Analyzing Change & Release-Process compliancy-data
- Address process and operational areas for improvements
- Prepare Change Approval Board meetings
- Assist Application Specialists in their operational activities
- Build and maintain a successful relationship with Infrastructure Service Providers.
- Ensure Integration with other services (Infrastructure) and Processes (Service Desk, Incident, Problem, Configuration, Service Level Management) and alignment with the standard data model is included in all projects and initiatives that involves Global Change & Release Management Process.
- Ensure annual review process is conducted and relevant documentation is updated and approved.
