Role Responsibilities
Responsibility for the master tables definition
Responsibility for the Naming conventions/standards
Owner of the Cadis solution diagrams/requirements
Understanding of the core scheduling processes and dependencies.
. Hands on development and coaching of the development team
. Understanding of the processes and the dependencies between components
. Specification and implementation of the security matcher
. Specification and implementation of the master table hierarchies and data standards.
. Definition of the end user workflow and implementation of the data management screens
. Validation requirements for Business Inspection framework
. Implementation of the Business inspection framework
. Help in defining the system testing plans/automated testing plans
. Unit Testing
Role Overview
This role is usually filled by a business analyst with strong SQL skills. It is focused on the parts of the Cadis build that require a good understanding of the business (ie the security matcher, master tables and the business inspection framework) along with some SQL skills.
This user should work closely with the Business User to ensure the data management team's requirements are met. It will also have responsibility for defining the standards and naming conventions within Cadis. Part of the role will be to manage dependencies in shared components as the project enters new phases.
The role also includes responsibility for the master tables' data model (this can sometimes be shared with a data architect role).
