OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR WANTED
I am an administrative assistant to work for a leading IT outsourcing company based in Bingley, Yorkshire.
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who can perform a wide range of administrative tasks. You will work with and report to a project manager.
YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO:
- Work flexible hours in line with the business requirements
- Have experience working with large companies - preferably in the Financial Services or Banking industries
- Have some administrative experience working on large programmes
RESPONSIBILITIES - providing administrative support in the following:
- Scheduling and coordinating of meetings and appointments
- Minute taking
- Pass card managing
- Secretarial and clerical duties (photocopying mailing etc)
- Document preparation
- Office supply maintenance
YOU SHOULD HAVE:
- Excellent communications skills - written and verbal
- Good Microsoft Office Skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Great organisation skills
- Flexible hard working attitude
