OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR WANTED

I am an administrative assistant to work for a leading IT outsourcing company based in Bingley, Yorkshire.

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who can perform a wide range of administrative tasks. You will work with and report to a project manager.

YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO:

  • Work flexible hours in line with the business requirements
  • Have experience working with large companies - preferably in the Financial Services or Banking industries
  • Have some administrative experience working on large programmes

RESPONSIBILITIES - providing administrative support in the following:

  • Scheduling and coordinating of meetings and appointments
  • Minute taking
  • Pass card managing
  • Secretarial and clerical duties (photocopying mailing etc)
  • Document preparation
  • Office supply maintenance

YOU SHOULD HAVE:

  • Excellent communications skills - written and verbal
  • Good Microsoft Office Skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Great organisation skills
  • Flexible hard working attitude

This is a great Admin role working in a major organisation with room to grow and develop your skills!
