Senior Planner - Applications, Enforcement, Conservation, Policy, Planning.
My client requires a Senior planner to provide for the effective delivery of services in one of the following roles:
- Planning Applications
- Planning Enforcement
- Planning Conservation
- Planning policy
You will assist in the guidance and general supervision (but not direct line management) of planners/trainees and assist with the continual improvement/change in working practices. You will take a leading role in the provision of the development management service, and in particular the processing and determination of planning and related applications, both in terms of handling major and complex applications, and providing guidance to junior officers in the processing and determination of less complex applications.
