My clients an Investment Bank based in CanaryWharfcurrently seek a Senior Graduate Recruiter up to 65k (plus excellent benefits).In this new role you will directly support the Global Head of Graduate Recruitment & Development and as the next most senior position offer guidance and mentorship to the team. Alongside owning the attraction piece of a particular business area this role will lead on a number of high profile organisation wide Graduate Recruitment Projects.
The client is seeking an experienced graduate recruiter who is passionate about adding value through innovation and excellent stakeholder management across a complex matrix environment.
This is an amazing opportunity to really impact the shape and direction of graduate recruitment initiatives internationally across this business. Forming an integral part of this Global centre of excellence for Graduate Recruitment you will operationally drive the full graduate recruitment lifecycle across:
- Marketing & Advertising
- University relations
- Campus strategy and Resourcing plans
- Selection , Assessment and Recruitment
In addition as one of the most senior Recruiters in the team you will play a key role in the innovation and strategic direction across a number of projects including:
- Summer analyst programme management - revamp and management full responsibility of interns from recruitment through to development during programme
You will also collaborate with your wider colleagues on Vacation Schemes, Diversity and Early Identification
