Sales Director- Cloud Solutions Consultancy- 75-85k + OTE + BenefitsThe Sales Director will be responsible for expanding the company's revenue and relationships via successful sales activities. The company sells via partner channels and in a direct way too, the Sales Director will be directly involved in identifying, and closing new sales opportunities.
Main responsibities of the role:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with the companies partners and customers
- Create and execute business development and account plans for pursuit of new business
- Successfully forecast and close sales within assigned territory
- Qualifying sales opportunities and handling negotiation with partners and customers
- Communicate effectively with C-level executives and key decision makers
- Additional responsibilities may be added as business needs dictate
Experience required:
- A degree in a related field required, MBA or other degree preferred.
- Deep knowledge of Cloud Computing, either through work at industry participants or consulting to the industry.
- Consulting experience with medium to large consulting firms focusing on cloud computing related consulting.
- 15+ years of sales, marketing and business development experience preferred
- Executive level sales experience in consulting/professional services; demonstrable experience developing relationships and revenue from named and new accounts.
- Proven track record of achieving revenue and performance targets
