Description
A nationwide corporation based in Sydney's CBD is looking for an experienced Oracle Functional Consultant with expertise in HMRS and Payroll modules to undertake a 12 month contract with them. This role is paying between per day, dependent upon skills and experience.
Key responsibilities
- Provide Level 2 functional support and assistance with HMRS and Payroll
- Attempt to resolve issues (targeting an 80% resolution rate) or escalate to an Oracle Partner
- Respond to and resolve issues within timeframes acceptable to HR Management
- Demonstrate a high level of customer service
- 30% of this role will involve ongoing project work
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years experience in supporting Oracle E-business suite HMRS/Payroll modules and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. This company will offer extensive career growth opportunities to the right candidate.
