Our client a global technology company is seeking a Multinational Scale Display Account Manager to be based in London for an initial 4 month contract with a view to extend.
Job Description
*Reporting to group head of Multinational Account Management, the Network Account Manager (AM) partners with sales and support staff to develop, execute and optimise campaigns.
*Manage high profile customer situations and relationships at a variety of levels within the customer organisation and internally.
*Deliver on industry leading SLAs for campaign management.
*Enforce standard policies and procedures (business rules) to maintain quality standards and improve customer satisfaction.
*Interface weekly with Account Team on proposal development, campaign optimisation and account planning.
Desired Skills:
*Online network advertising experience with client services experience.
*Analytical skills, strong excel (Pivot tables ideal)
*Proven project management skills.
