I have a short contract piece for a Consultant experienced in Sales Strategy to define a business strategy for the Industrial use of metal products and the development of the business model required to support this venture into a new market.
I estimate it would take about 30-40 days for an experienced Consultant as a discrete project.
This would suit an experience sales professional with past experience of formulating sales strategies and ensuring the feasibility of a new venture. My client believes there may be an opportunity to extend the scope of their business but doesn't understand the market place, the customers or the competitors
Alternatively you could come from a metallurgy or engineering background and would have a strong commercial understanding in the metals industry. The role of Consultant - Sales Strategy would be to ensure the business fully understands the requirements of the marketplace in terms of specification, quality and service.
