SENIOR TESTER
Location: Luxembourg

We are searching for an immediate start for a Testing Senior Consultant with LoadRunner experience and project coordination experience.
The person will manage and execute load testing/performance testing. Non-regression testing may be part of the scope soon.
The person should be able to coordinate actions across local IT and business teams as well as with offshore resources. It is important that the resource has a strong testing methodology background.
Roles and Responsibilities
* Provides direction for the successful completion of development test programs through development and support of processes, plans and procedures for the testing framework
* Generate test plans, procedures, and work instructions based on business team requirements
* Set up and configure test setups, environment as required by the test plans and or test standards
* Ensure the accuracy and consistency of test data results through thorough documentation processes
* Conduct and/or supervise testing by Test Technicians and other Test Engineers (remote)
* Oversee several test project simultaneously and provide scheduling support to operations
* Write test reports and deliver some conclusions
* Validate test methods
Requirements (Special Knowledge, Education, Ability and Skills)
* >3 years experience in a software testing environment
* Mandatory Knowledge of LoadRunner 11.X
* Must work well in a team environment
* Must be able to work very autonomously while remaining coordinated with the environment
* The Person should have some knowledge in HTTP, .Net, SharePoint
* Any other Load testing/stress testing/unit testing tool skills would be considered as a plus.
* Knowledge in SAP/ABAP would be considered as a plus.
* English and French mandatory.
