Description
For our customer we are looking for a SAP MM/WM consultant with APO-DP knowledge.Job description:
- System Management of SAP systems within the SCM processes (Demand planning, Supply planning, Phase-in/out planning, Procurement, Warehousing, QA and R&D).
- System Management includes support and development of the applications in a central service function for the Business.
- SAP and the other Business Applications is the foundation for executing the core business processes for Supply chain management, QA and R&D.
- Daily administration, support & enhancements of Business Applications systems running Supply Chain Management in the SAP Systems landscape.
- Proactively assist in Change Portfolio Management and supporting the business requester with solution proposals and cost estimates
- Proactively drive and promote business process improvements with support of IT tools in area of responsibility.
- Proactively drive integration, harmonization and standardization within area of responsibility.
- Assisting demand owner and contact person for Business Applications versus SAP NetWeaver and Basis team.
- Active monitoring and reporting to management of KPI:s in area of responsibility.
- Managing System documentation in area of responsibility.
- Support to other IT functions, business and projects by providing Business Application resources in area of responsibility.
- Support Regulatory compliance and computer systems validation within area of responsibility (including documentation, correct change control and testing).
Required skills:
- Strong technical IT knowledge of supported Business Applications.
- Strong knowledge in the core processes and best practice for the areas of Supply Chain Management, Demand and Supply planning, Procurement and Warehousing.
- Basic knowledge in processes for Product management and Quality assurance is an advantage.
Critical Skills:

- Expert knowledge of supported business processes and good knowledge of other relevant business processes.
- Expert level technical knowledge of SAP and Business Applications.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral (English).

Critical Experience:
- At least 4 years experience of system configuration and implementation in at least two of the following SAP applications is required
SAP ECC: MM, WM
SAP SCM: APO-DP
Additional experience of system configuration and implementation in the following SAP applications is an advantage
SAP ECC: QM, DMS, PP
SAP SCM: SNC
- Experience of working in a multicultural work environment
