Description
Site Acquisition Sharing Manager.
You MUST be FLUENT in French/English and/or Dutch/English
He/She will support the Site Acquisition Department in the following activities: Site Sharing department coordination, drive Site Sharing coordinators, Participation to all RISS meetings/boards etc.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the tracking tool update and the weekly status reporting.
- Reports on any escalating quality work, or deviation regarding the objectives.
- Solves the specific operational, contractual and financial issues and generates global reporting to management.
- Acts as a single interface between different teams working on the projects. (Radio, Site engineers, BPC, Sharing, FAC, etc...)
- Prepare and finalize the yearly R-layer Invoicing between operators.
- Participate in transversal projects.
- Participate to weekly meetings with the client and other operators.
Competencies:
- Minimum 2 years of project management experience, preferably in Site Sharing environment and/or Acquisition and/or network deployment.
- Good comprehension and experience in Site Acquisition process and flow.
- Good knowledge of telecom business.
- Experienced excel user and computer literate.
- In depth knowledge of the Bright and MW outsourcing acquisition contracts.
