Technical Support Analyst

A Global Financial Services company is actively recruiting for a Junior Support analyst to join their Client Services Group. Main responsibilities will include liaising between Clients, Business Desks, Operations and IT, problem management, escalation, client on-boarding, installations, upgrades and interaction with the business. The ideal candidate will have:

- Technical based degree (computer science, CIS etc)

- GPA 3.0 or higher

- US permanent resident

- Good client facing skills

Candidates applying should be recent graduates with under a years experience in the workforce. Only permanent residents / EAD card holders or US citizens will be considered. You must be able to get to NYC at short notice for interviewing, and any relocation will be at your own expense.

Candidates will not be considered if they have more than a years experience. Degrees should be in Computer Science / Finance / Economics or related discipline, but the candidate must have an interest in pursuing a technical job, and must be able to demonstrate this.
