This role will offer you the chance to challenge yourself with the best people in the industry in which you will be accountable for the design of a large wireless and RTLS network and involved in the planning for the implementation of the design.
About The Role:
- Assist the Project Architect to understanding the build sequence of the element of the solution of which you have responsibility
- Participation in and contribute to customer and suppler workshops to understand design requirements and how they align to the solution capability and overall business processes.
- Understand the customisation and configuration requirements of the Wireless Network and RTLS solutions through pro-actively developing a sound understanding of the relevant design documentation to interpret it into a sound building process.
- Collaborate with other Designs Team to integrate the Wireless Network Infrastructure Collaborate with subcontractors and other teams for installation of integrate the Wireless Network Infrastructure
Key Skills Required:
- Good communication and client engagement skills coupled with outstanding written and oral English Language skills.
- Previous experience should include large scale ICT deployments within a datacentre environment.
- Large scale secure, resilient Cisco wireless deployments which includes both indoor and outdoor wireless designs.
- Experience in the creation of design and configuration documentation.
- Experience writing detailed customer facing wireless design and build documents.
- Experience building Cisco Wireless Controllers and Control Systems
- Experience building Cisco Mobility Service Engines.
- Experience designing wireless networks to cater for wireless voice including dual mode 3G/wireless smart phones and Cisco wireless phones
- Experience performing wireless site surveys.
- Exposure to IPv6.
- Experience with design and implementation of RTLS solutions
Qualifications:
- Minimum CCNP Wireless Equivalent qualifications and/or significant practical experience
- Desirable to have CCNP Routing and Switch qualifications and/or significant practical experience
