Leading innovation-driven Pharmaceutical Company requires a contract Salesforce.com Administrator/Coordinator or their Western Suburbs Sydney office for the next 10 months.As the Salesforce.com Administrator/Coordinator you will be responsible for the stewardship of their Global Sales CRM tool.  On a daily basis your role will involve:
  • Being responsible for the identification, project management and delivery of Salesforce projects across the business.
  • Responsible for entering data elements (eg LOVs, Objectives, Targets, User Access) needed to support system functions and providing adhoc data reports.  
  • Responding to Tier 2 level application function questions from business users across regions.
  • Salesforce User Administration
  • Manage User profiles
To succeed in this role to you will have:
  • Tertiary qualifications is preferable however not mandatory. 
  • A health or pharmaceutical background - Highly Desirable
  • Experience with Salesforce.com or Veeva applications is essential
  • An outgoing personality.
  • Excellent communication skills, analytical and attentive to detail.
