Description
Your role in this team will be will be split into two areas; the first will be B2B Telemarketing and Appointment Setting for the Sales Director, so, you'll be in charge of making business-to-business calls to prospective customers that we've spoken to in the past or met at seminars and shows.
The secondly aspect of your role will be to account manage existing customers and make quotations for the technical team. Quotations will involve having a good understanding of the current Laptops models, PC and Servers. An understanding of the latest software and how these are licenced i.e. Microsoft, Adobe, Symantec, VM Ware and Citrix would be a benefit.
Your role provides a vital aspect to our business, as you'll be responsible for creating new prospective clients. Our Sales Director will attend all meeting and provide you with any feedback or quotation that will be required as the next stage of the sales cycle.
Initially you be working with the Sales and Marketing Manager, who will work closely with you to introduce you to the role and provide you with any essential training.
About you
Previous B2B telemarketing experience
Good understanding of the current Laptops models, PC and Servers.
Experience of selling in IT with the enthusiasm to expand IT knowledge:
