Marketing Job Description:
Assisting with planning, coordinating and managing marketing activities for the Label-Free Interaction Analysis and Cell Technology products in EMEA. Contribute to and execute against the marketing plans, and current portfolio evolution.
Marketing Specialist Key responsibilities include:
- Working with the EMEA regional Marketing Manager, deliver the regional marketing plan for the LFIA/CT portfolio, including measurement of ROI and business impact.
- Assist in integrating Business Intelligence into marketing planning
- Contribute to campaign forecasts and business cases for activities at various stages.
- Understand customer's needs as well as values and benefits sought for the products/solutions offered
- Help develop regional marketing plan, value proposition and solutions positioning
- Help to drive clear product positioning via the execution of marketing communications plan.
- Working closely with cross-functional sales and marketing teams on messaging and integrating customer feedback into the segment/product strategy
Market Specialist Quality Specific Goals:
- Aware of and comply with the internal Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position
- Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines
- Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required
Marketing Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Business Administration or
- Experience in marketing of technical products in a B2B environment
- Excellent oral and written communications skills
- Strong analytical and process skills
- Strong project management and prioritization skills, effective delivery of milestones

- Successful experience working in team environment - ability to work well within diverse, cross-functional teams
- Exceptional drive and creativity
- High energy, works proactively and demonstrates flexibility in approach to changing work priorities
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with customers and/or sales force.
