Description
We are looking urgently for a Senior SAP VIM Expert/Project Manager for a new implementation project based in Paris.
The VIM consultant will be have the responsibility to coordinate the full deployment of SAP Vendor Invoice Management (VIM), ensuring that all the milestones related to upgrade of VIM 7 are completed on a timely basis and according to internal guidelines and standards.
Thanks to your project management experience and system process implementation you will coordinate successfully the full deployment and upgrade of the latest version of VIM 7.
Responsibilities
-As the VIM project lead you coordinate successfully the deployment according to best practices
-Advice and train key users on best practices
-Manage and monitor the projects plan to ensure successful completion of the plan activities and delivery of the project on schedule
-Ensure that key milestones are met on time
-Liaise with internal and external parties to ensure activities are correctly executed
Required profile
-A Project Manager or Team Lead, you will have proven experience of successfully coordinating several end to end SAP Implementations
- At least 2 SAP VIM complete project implementation or upgrades
- Hands on with excellent planning and time management skills
- Fluent English and French is mandatory
