SAP CRM EIC Consultant - Dutch Speaking - Den Haag, The Netherlands.
My client in Den Haag, The Netherlands is looking for an SAP CRM EIC (Employee Interaction Centre) Consultant.
The SAP CRM EIC Consultant will be required to support the application management team on complex issues and incidents. He/she contributes knowledge and experience so that the team is increasingly capable of independently facing complex issues. In addition, he/she will play an important role in the development of new functionality in a project to replace the current incident and change management tool (HPSD) SAP CRM.
Activities:
The core tasks include preparing impact assessments, provide workshops/conference room pilots, design/drafting Business Blueprint, (unit) testing, preparing documentation, training SAP CRM managers.
Dutch Speaking Assignment.
Start: 4th March 2013.
3 Month Contract.
Location: Den Haag, The Netherlands.
