Description
1) Worked before in IT management level
2) Had work experience with IT skills in telecom operator such as Billing, Provisioning, Mediation, FMS, RA as well as CRM and ERP for telecom sector.
3) Had work experience with IT skills supporting call center technology (eg Cisco, Avaya, Genesys) as well as all infrastructure skills in telecom sector (DBA Oracle & SQL*Server, System Engineers for UNIX and Windows, storage administration EMC, IT network and IT security.
4) Able to screen CV's, conduct face to face and call interviews for different IT technical skills.
5) He should have excellent communication skills to be able to negotiate and convince good candidates to join the project. excellent command of English. Arabic is a plus.
6) Has done earlier work of arranging logistics (technology and facilities) and induction for new joining employees.
