Description
We urgently require a Finance Administrator/Sale Administrator to work onsite in Bracknell. This role is responsible for supporting the European quoting and order management processes.
Role:-
Support the end to end operational quoting and order management processes to ensure that orders are processed in a timely manner by order cut of deadlines.
Facilitates software/solutions configuration review paying close attention to licensing requirements for accuracy and implementation to support Win Strategy.
Be the subject matter expert and support the sales team through the required processes.
Work with multiple finance teams to ensure revenue is accounted for correctly
Acts as a point of escalation and collaborates with other functions to drive resolution of operational issues of medium to high complexity, in support of the customer/partner requirements.
Implement process refinement and improvement as new offerings are launched or existing offerings are extended, by applying a developing understanding of internal business processes and policies.
Able to work independently and with minimal day to day supervision, using own judgment to manage moderately complex processes and situations.
