Description

To understand all area application architecture and assure delivery of the up to date systems documentation and produce all gaps needs to be fullfilled and get handover certificates approval from the customer. He/she should be able as well to handover to the new hired operation team all transition deliverables and the knowledge. He/she is responsible as well for building missing documents, validating ciontractual SLA/KPI and building relevant WLA, SLA and KPI documents.
1. Experienced in Telecom BSS/OSS Operations & L1/L2 Support
2. User level exposure to Remedy SD tool
3. Co-ordination with Customer users, Helpdesk/L1 support team, 3rd Party vendors and Ericsson teams
4. Exposure to CRM, FMS, RA, Provissioning, MNP products and related operation processes
