Description
Manning Global is urgently looking for a number of Datacenter Technicians to be based in various cities in the UK. This is an ongoing “adhoc” part-time service that shall be delivered onsite in our client’s datacenters, and it is possible to do in the evenings after normal working hours.
Locations: Basingstoke, Birmingham, Carlisle, Leicester, York, Leeds, London
Main responsibilities:
•Installing/De-installation of servers/switches according to the instructions from supervisor
•Troubleshooting servers, switches & connectivity
•Removing servers & switches
•Auditing network hardware
Requirements:
•Hands-on experience on installation/de-installation of server/switches racking and cabling in datacenters.
•Accustomed to work in a fast-paced environment
•Accustomed to handle proactive and be a quick learner
•Very flexible on time schedule
