A top financial firm inBostonis looking for a Project Manager to join their team. This person will work with a global team of application support analysts, business analysts, developers, testers, and program management staff.This will be a 6+ month contract that they will be looking to extend or turn full time.
The rate will be based on experience, but they are looking to pay for a Senior Consultant.
Main Duties:
- Own the support relationship with business users and IT teams and external vendors.
- Identify and communicate user-driven improvements to both systems and processes. - Act as the primary contact for IT teams as well as clients or end users.
- Root cause analysis for all major incidents.
Qualifications:
- Must come from industry and have a general understanding of financial products and the finance market, across different asset classes.
- Have a background in Business Analysis or Project/Program Management.
- Strong ability to work independently and proactively to build productive working relationships with other technology teams and business users.
