Description
This will be a 6+ month contract that they will be looking to extend or turn full time - please do not apply unless you are interested in something long term. Main Duties
- Work with Rates sales, trading and operations to understand goals and priorities.
- Engage relevant technology and business teams across Barclays to come up with innovative solutions. Secure commitments from these teams and work with them to resolve issues and see projects to completion.
- Develop and refine communication methodologies for keeping stakeholders informed and in sync on complex issues
- Track project progress and communicate risks and issues to stakeholders
Person Requirements
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree
5+ as a Business Analyst or Project Manager
Preferred Qualifications:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Able to converse fluently and authoritatively with both business and technology
- Knowledge of ecommerce and Rates products
- Ability to run meetings, resolve conflict and solve problems
- Project management experience
