My client is looking for a Well Completions Superintendent to work on the upcoming project. As an operator, they are offering competitive rates for contractors on a 5x5(35x35) rotation in Angola.The scope of service consists of:
-Review operational performance
-Suggest solutions for operational improvement
-Providing the technical completion expertise within the drilling department
-Work closely with the Lead Completion Engineer to ensure that all programmes are prepared
During the operational activities, the completions superintendent will also provide engineering support and technical advice to the Rigs superintendent
Vision from both an operational and safety standpoint is a must have as well as good offshore experience
The superintendent is to optimise well cost fully achieving all well performance, productivity, and development goals within a high standard of safety and environmental level
The project will require the Completions Superintendent to:
-Optimisation of procedures and programmes in order to reduce costs and delays
-Contribute to the increasing in performance of the operation by introducing new techniques/technologies.
-Provide regular feedback to the DT/FCP organisation with a view to improve the operations while respecting the safety of personnel and equipment.
-Provide technical expertise to the drilling superintendent during ompletion activities
Required Skills:
-Extensive knowledge of offshore completion operations
-Minimum 15 years experience in Completions Superintendent level
-International exposure
-At least 10 years as completions supervisor
-5 years as Completions Superintendent Holding a valid IWCF well certificate
-Good interpersonal and organisational skills
